Exhibit and 4-week Challenge focuses on learning to make Time-for-Me on a daily basis. You will learn to carve out 15 minutes of time for yourself daily in 1 of 4 major areas — reconnect with important people in your life, enjoy a fun activity, take time to relax, or take time for physical activity. Learn to enjoy 15 minutes of “Me Time” to reduce stress and live in the moment.

You will make adjustments to improve the organization of your workday and workspace, incorporate productivity practices, optimize your energy, and use technology effectively to make your day less stressful, and more productive and fulfilling.
