Make your home a sanctuary rather than a home filled with clutter, strained relationships, and screens to escape into the digital world and that rob you of rest and sleep. Experiencing fun, positive relationships, and relaxation at home helps your mind and body process life’s stressors with ease.

 

  • The AVERAGE home has over 300,000 items.

  • 47% of parents said they had fewer family meals than when they were growing up.

  • Fewer people are engaging in hobbies for recreation:

    • 5% are playing a team sport

    • 25% listed watching TV as their favorite past time

    • 4% practice a musical instrument

  • Technology has infiltrated into all areas of our lives:

    • Adults spend more than 8 hours a day on screens

    • Children ages 5-16 spend an average of 6.5 hours a day on screens

    • Teens are engaged with their devices more than 9 hours a day

  • Fast-paced life and technology use is reducing sleep:

    • Half of adults get less sleep than the recommended 7-9 hours/day

    • The majority of adolescents are not getting adequate sleep

Finding Happiness at Home is a conscious choice that helps reduce stress, improve relationships, and is fundamental to leading a life filled with joy and happiness. A home that provides you with time and space to enjoy life’s treasures and pleasures is important to help you recharge and focus on the important relationships in your life.
