Exhibit and 4-week Challenge focus on improving the quantity and quality of your sleep. You will be challenged to get adequate sleep by meeting sleep requirements based on your age. You will be challenged improve the quality of your sleep by adjusting your sleep environment, modifying your eating and drinking habits, preparing for bedtime, and creating a sleep routine to Sleep Well.
