Exhibit and 4-week Challenge focus on learning and implementing the Structured Exercise Guidelines across the 4 major categories of exercise: Cardiovascular Exercise, Strength Exercises, Flexibility Exercise, and Balance Exercise. You will be challenged to find ways to incorporate all 4 types of structured exercise into a weekly routine.

Exhibit and 4-week Challenge focus on Lifestyle Activity or the energy you use to perform routine life activities such as walking, taking the stairs, carrying the groceries, performing chores, and other activities. You will be challenged to move more in small increments throughout the day: Morning, Midday, Late Afternoon, and Evening.
