Exhibit and 4-week Challenge focuses on learning to make Time-for-Me on a daily basis. You will learn to carve out time for yourself every day in 1 of 4 major areas — 15 minutes to reconnect with important people in your life, enjoy a fun activity, take time to relax, or take time for physical activity. Learn to enjoy 15 minutes of “Me Time” to reduce stress and live in the moment.
