Many of us will get multiple colds and flus, suffer from allergies, or experience lung infections in our lifetime. Millions more are living with a chronic lifelong lung disease — including asthma, sleep apnea, COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), and more. The symptoms of many lung disorders are similar and may include shortness of breath, coughing, and chest pain. These disorders can be acute (short and severe) or chronic (continuing for many years).
